None of this is metered on either plan, now or later. It is the part of the product that costs us nothing to run, and it is the part you would miss if we disappeared.
More than one home
Every home you own lives in one account, and one plan covers all of them — there is no limit on how many you add. The allowances below are per account rather than per home, so several homes draw on the same monthly amount.
The AI work
These cost us real money each time they run, so each account gets a set amount to spend. Everything in the list above is never counted, on either plan.

Pro is not open yet. There is nothing to buy today and no way to be charged. This is what it will cost when there is.
When the free allowance runs out
Nothing you have built goes away, and nothing is locked. Your record, your manual and your downloadable file stay exactly as they are. That is the point of the file. Write to us and we will sort it out; we would rather hear from you than lose you.
Before anything is ever charged
We will tell you well before this changes, and you will not be billed for anything without agreeing to it first. That promise is in our Terms, not just on this page.
